Roasted Seaweed | as needed |
Directions
- 1.Cut the salmon and avocado into diced.
- 2. Mix together the ingredients from and add the salmon. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 3.Place the sushi rice in a bowl, tear the roasted seaweed into pieces, and spread it over the rice. Top with the marinated salmon and avocado.
Note: Marinating time is not included in the preparation time.
