2 small rice bowls (400g)

Leaf Lettuce

Toasted White Sesame Seeds

Directions

  • 1.Cut the salmon and avocado into 1.5cm cubes. Thinly slice the onion. Tear the leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2.In a bowl, combine the salmon, avocado, onion, Ajipon® Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce or Rich in Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix until everything is well-coated.
  • 3. In serving bowls, add rice and top with the leaf lettuce and the mixture from step [2]. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and pour any remaining marinade from step [2] over the top.
