Directions
- 1.Rinse the rice, place it in the rice cooker, and add water according to the sushi setting (water not included in ingredients). Cook the rice with slightly less water to make it firmer. Pour the sushi vinegar over the cooked rice and gently mix using a slicing motion to create sushi rice. Allow it to cool slightly. *Tip: Cover with a damp cloth or paper towel to prevent the surface of the sushi rice from drying out.*
- 2.From your choice of fillings, cut the sushi toppings (except prawns, minced tuna, and salmon roe), omelette, and cucumber into stick shapes. Trim the roots from the White radish sprouts. Cut the shiso leaves and nori sheets in half.
- 3.Place sushi rice and your choice of fillings onto a sheet of nori, then roll it up. Serve with soy sauce as desired.
Note: Cooking time does not include the time required to cook the rice.
