Sushi Rice | 80g |

Tuna (sashimi grade) | 6 slices |
Cucumber | 10g |
Leaf Lettuce | 1 leaf |
Avocado | 4 slices |
Imitation Crab Sticks | 2 sticks |
Seaweed | 2 pieces (1/6 of a full sheet each) |
White Sesame Seeds | a small amount |
Salt | a small amount |
Sesame Oil | a small amount |
Directions
- 1.Cut the cucumber into sticks.
- 2.Divide the sushi rice in half and spread it onto each piece of seaweed. Place a sheet of cling film down, and put the seaweed, rice side up, on top.
- 3.Place the leaf lettuce, cucumber, and imitation crab stick in the centre of the seaweed. Lift the cling film and tightly roll everything together.
- 4.On a separate sheet of cling film, lay out the tuna slices and avocado. Place the rolled sushi from step [3] on top and wrap everything together. Once it has settled, remove the cling film, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and add a small amount of sesame oil and salt before serving.
