Cooked Rice | 320g (1 cup uncooked) |

2 tablespoons | |
2 tablespoons | |
Imitation Crab Sticks | 8 sticks |
Thick Omelette | 120g |
Cucumber | 1/2 |
Carrot | 3cm piece |
Leaf Lettuce | 1 large leaf |
Roasted Seaweed (Nori) | 2 full sheets |
Mayonnaise | as needed |
| |
Thick Omelette | as desired |
Cherry Tomatoes | as desired |
Directions
- 1. Cut the thick omelette into sticks. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into 6 pieces, and use 4 of these pieces. Julienne the carrot. Cut the roasted seaweed sheets in half.
- 2.Mix the warm rice with the sushi vinegar with kombu dashi, then let it cool and divide into 4 portions.
- 3.Place a sheet of seaweed vertically, leaving a 1cm gap at the far end, and spread the sushi rice evenly over it. Place the leaf lettuce in the centre and spread a layer of mayonnaise. Starting from the front, place the imitation crab stick, cucumber, thick omelette, and julienned carrot in sequence, then roll up tightly in a spiral shape. Make a total of 4 rolls.
- 4.Cut each roll into 3 pieces. Pack into a container and optionally serve with extra thick omelette and cherry tomatoes.
*Tip: Using a slicer to julienne the carrot can be convenient.*
Tip: Wipe the knife with a damp cloth after each cut and moisten it with water before slicing to achieve a clean cut.
