Mizkan Sushi Seasoning (Kombu Kelp)

Leaf Lettuce

Smoked Salmon

Directions

  • 1.Drizzle the warm rice evenly with either Mizkan Sushi Seasoning or Mizkan Sushi Seasoning (Kombu Kelp) . Mix in the canned crab to create sushi rice.
  • 2.Pack the sushi rice into a donut-shaped mould. (Alternatively, place a glass in the centre of a bowl to create the shape.)
  • 3.Fill the central hollow with leaf lettuce.
  • 4.Roll each slice of smoked salmon into a rose shape and place on top of the lettuce.
  • 5.Add the salmon roe as a garnish.
  • 6.Decorate with stuffed olives, cherry tomatoes, and boiled broccoli to finish.
