Leaf Lettuce | 4 leaves |
Smoked Salmon | 6–8 slices |
Salmon Roe | 40g |
Stuffed Olives | a small amount |
Cherry Tomatoes | 4 |
Broccoli | as needed |
Directions
- 1.Drizzle the warm rice evenly with either Mizkan Sushi Seasoning or Mizkan Sushi Seasoning (Kombu Kelp) . Mix in the canned crab to create sushi rice.
- 2.Pack the sushi rice into a donut-shaped mould. (Alternatively, place a glass in the centre of a bowl to create the shape.)
- 3.Fill the central hollow with leaf lettuce.
- 4.Roll each slice of smoked salmon into a rose shape and place on top of the lettuce.
- 5.Add the salmon roe as a garnish.
- 6.Decorate with stuffed olives, cherry tomatoes, and boiled broccoli to finish.
